Refunds

How we handle requests

This is a one-time $29 purchase for ongoing access to a self-paced study product. We don't publish a fixed refund window because the right answer depends on what actually happened — we'd rather look at each case than hide behind a policy.

In practice we do refund where:

• You hit a genuine site defect that prevented normal use and we couldn't fix it within a reasonable time.
• You were accidentally charged twice (duplicate purchases).
• You bought, realized within a few days it's not what you needed, and barely used the product.
• The card was used without your knowledge — please email us first instead of going straight to a chargeback (see below).

We don't refund where the request comes weeks or months after purchase, the site worked as described, and you've actively used the product.

How to request one

Email support@ccaftestprep.com with:

• The email address on your account (so we can find the payment).
• A short sentence on what went wrong — useful feedback either way.

We aim to reply within one business day. Once we issue the refund through Stripe, the money typically appears on your statement in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What happens to your account

When a refund processes, your account flips back to the free tier: free practice questions remain free, the paywall reappears, your attempt history and bookmarks stay intact in case you change your mind and want to upgrade later.

Gift codes

Promo codes that bring the price to $0 (gift codes) are not refundable — there's nothing to refund. If you got access through a gift code and want it removed, see /legal/privacy §7 for account deletion.

Chargebacks

Please email us before filing a chargeback. We will refund any legitimate request through Stripe, which is faster for you and cheaper for us than the chargeback path. Filing a chargeback after a legitimate purchase (chargeback fraud) may result in your account being suspended without refund.
